I started acting classes in Nashville at 3 years old. I preached my first sermon at 15. After college, I spent a decade in Thailand learning one of the world's most difficult languages while coaching students and professionals in communication and going viral online for being a white guy who could speak Thai.But even though confidence came somewhat naturally, I lost it all as I stepped into adulthood. I lost both of my parents and my brother to tragic deaths of drugs, gun violence and Alzheimer's Disease, I was diagnosed with cancer and almost died, and I lost myself during the Covid-19 lockdowns as I sat in a cramped townhouse with a newborn baby girl in Bangkok in 2020.I had to rebuild my confidence from the ground up by becoming someone whose communication flows from inner resilience, strength, and security.That's why I teach communication that starts with confidence, rather than just technique or tactics. I've seen the coaches that tell you how to pause, use hand gestures, and fix your tonality.
